How the calculation works
Each line total is quantity multiplied by unit price. The subtotal is the sum of line totals; any optional tax percentage is applied to the subtotal to show an estimated total.

Two hours of work at $50 per hour create a $100 line item before any optional tax.

Is this invoice legally compliant in my country?
The tool creates a basic editable document, not jurisdiction-specific accounting or tax advice. Check local invoice requirements before issuing it.

This version keeps entries in the open browser page and does not submit them to a SoloKit application server. Save your own copy before closing the page.
