Influencer Sponsorship Rate Calculator — SoloKit

Estimate a creator sponsorship range from average views, production effort, usage rights, and exclusivity. Edit every assumption; no market rate is promised.

How to use this tool

  1. Enter the average views you expect for the sponsored format and your own CPM assumption per 1,000 views.
  2. Add your production hours and hourly production rate, then choose the currency used for all amounts.
  3. If the brand receives paid usage rights or category exclusivity, enable each option and enter the premium you choose for those terms.
  4. Adjust the planning buffer and review the low, midpoint, and high scenario with its full breakdown.

How the calculation works

Views-based value = average views ÷ 1,000 × your assumed CPM. Production cost = hours × your production rate. Subtotal = views-based value + production cost. Add the usage-rights and exclusivity percentages you choose to the subtotal. The planning midpoint is subtotal plus both premiums; the low and high scenarios are the midpoint minus and plus your adjustable range buffer.

A quick example

With 10,000 views and an assumed $20 CPM, the views-based value is $200. Two production hours at $40 add $80. If you choose a 30% usage-rights premium and 25% exclusivity premium, the midpoint is $434; a 15% planning buffer gives $368.90–$499.10. These are hypothetical inputs, not market benchmarks.

Common questions

Does SoloKit know the market rate for my platform or country?

No. The tool includes no platform rate card or market benchmark. You enter your own CPM, production costs, and terms to create a transparent planning scenario.

How should I choose a usage-rights premium?

There is no universal percentage in this tool. Consider the license duration, territory, channels, paid-media use, and whether edits or whitelisting are allowed; enter the fee you decide to quote.

What does category exclusivity cover?

The calculator only adds the premium you enter. Define the restricted product category, competing brands, territory, and start and end dates in the campaign agreement.

Does this estimate include taxes or guarantee a deal?

No. The result is arithmetic from your assumptions, not a forecast, professional advice, recommended market price, or guarantee of income or brand acceptance.
